STAR Waste Recycling
The STAR system of Steam Treatment and Recycling is a pioneering process that converts unsorted municipal and commercial solid waste into productive assets and resources. STAR combines the steam expertise of Wellman Robey with the heat exchange and pressure vessel expertise of Wellman Hunt-Graham via an autoclave system that sterilises the waste, enables the easy extraction of clean recyclable materials and converts the residue into a fibre which can be used as a fuel for gasification and power generation.
